CHALLENGE
When Lois Jeans re-entered the Northern Europe markets in 2015, it immediately had the wish to build on their digital presence as well. The brand has grown steadily in recent years and is constantly entering new markets. It is our daily challenge to realize this growth digitally as well and to enter new markets with the knowledge and skills we gain. The objective is to realize sustainable, affordable growth through increased sales and awareness of the brand.
STRATEGY
As the brand is operated internationally by different licensees, we jointly decided to sell collections via loisjeanstore.com. Fashion e-commerce is a tough market. It’s not just about finding a winning product or creating a winning campaign. Fashion seasons constantly change, products change and fashion also changes in general.
To be successful, we created an overall always-on strategy including storytelling, emailmarketing, social media and online advertising. For the execution we closely work with the Lois Jeans creative team. Through cross-media communication on both the webshop, socials and in well-targeted advertisements, the vision and identity of Lois is widely communicated.
CONCEPT
For the Shopify store we created a smart design that includes various templates focused on storytelling, such as new collections, events and other themed stories. These also contribute to conversion and increase the time on site of visitors. The webshop is linked to an ERP system with a single point of use when it comes to managing products. Next to this the webshop is localized to the various markets Lois Jeans is active within.
RESULT
By analyzing various data streams and continuously optimizing conversion the webshop revenue has sustainably grown over the years. A new country can easily be targeted by the creation of a blueprint, based on the knowledge we’ve gained over the years.
The central role of the ERP system assures that Lois Jeans can easily manage stock and order streams. The constant cross-media communications results in a constant flow of brand awareness and high quality targeted traffic for the webshop.
