APPROACH
Structure first, scale second
Before adding budget, we rebuilt the foundation. Email and automation moved to Klaviyo. Meta and Google Ads were restructured around clearer campaign logic. Creative output went up, with more ads and a steady testing cadence. On top of that, we introduced our ad creative engine: a system that delivers consistent, on-brand and performance-driven creatives for Meta.
